Take that “Wet Floor” Sign OUT of Your Building

 In Roof Leaks

I had a roofing client with a 20-year leak that many roofing companies had tried – and failed – to fix. I’m proud to say that Castro Roofing was able to repair their roof so quickly and completely that no one believed it at first!

After ignoring the leak for 10 years, (that’s following 10 years of other roofers failing to close it up), The City of Mesquite hired me to take care of it. The leak led to a small but steady trickle down a pillar in the main entryway. The water pooled on the marble floor, creating a serious fall (and lawsuit) hazard.

Their “solution” was to put a Caution Wet Floor pylon next to it. It seemed to work well enough since the professionals who worked there automatically gave that pillar a wide berth. But for

Castro Roofing, this definitely wasn’t good enough!

It was raining when my contractors and I sealed the leak, so we were able to appreciate the immediate result of our handiwork and expertise – the pillar and floor were dry! It was very rewarding to be able to permanently fix Mesquite’s leak. And if we can do it for them, we can do it for you!
