To complete the family of brothers is Juan Rodriguez, the brother of Rudy and AJ. The big fish of the sea of production you could say. Juan takes his roofing knowledge, and brings it to a whole other level. His skill set has landed him as the direct manager of production. He uses his expertise to ensure that we deliver quality roofs to our clients.

When it comes to bad roofing Juan would say “Ain’t nobody got time for that”! When Juan isn’t reviewing specs, organizing progress meetings, and a mind boggling list of other tasks he is also estimating his heart out. He is a support to the estimating, sales, and service team.

Juan also currently serves as Castro Roofing’s Treasurer/Secretary. Juan being the meekest of all the brothers is truly a pleasure to work with. You will find that when it comes to his employees he puts the effort in to get to know each and every one of them.

Juan’s hobbies include fishing for treats around the office (our little secret), and most importantly trying to catch the biggest fish at our annual catfish tournament. Let Juan real you in with the exceptional quality roofing that he overseas.
