A little bit about Anthony…

Anthony has been a part of Castro Roofing since the start of 2021. Since starting, Anthony loves the leadership strategies and core values that have pushed him to reach the level of management he has always strived to hit. Anthony has a hunger for success, and this is driven by seeing the results of his team’s daily wins. 

Anthony’s family is what inspires him to be the best version of himself. Anthony takes pride in showing his kids that you will be successful and profitable if you continually push towards your goals. What keeps Anthony humble is accepting himself for who he is and having an accurate view of how others see him.  His areas of growth help him improve as a father, manager, and friend; “I give credit to the ones that have helped me in my journey professionally and socially.” 

Anthony embodies Castro’s “Be Humble” core value above others. Not only does this value help in his professional career but also in his personal life; “Most people think and say they are humble, but being that person is what gives satisfaction.”
