At Castro Roofing, we operate with our Core Values at the top of our minds. Kylee believes she embodies Stay Hungry the most, which supports her motivation to be better and have better. Kylee truly wants to make Castro an even more successful company and help them produce more wins. When asked what keeps her Humble, Kylee said, “I live my life knowing I’m only as good as my heart.”

Kylee is excited to work for a company that cares about her success. She will be bringing organization to the Castro Team to help better streamline our estimating and sales department. Her brother Bryce, who we featured last month, inspired her to join Castro Roofing and since then she has been a great addition to the team!
